Rules and Regulations
Every student must act according to Shariah, avoid prohibitions, and keep their appearance (Waz-e-Qat) strictly in accordance with Sunnah.
It is mandatory to show complete respect and honor to all teachers, administrators, and staff members.
Students must focus purely on education until the end of the academic year, and must not have any affiliation with political or non-political organizations, nor participate in processions or fund-raising campaigns.
Leaving the madrasa before annual exams without permission is strictly prohibited. Except for the period between Asr and Maghrib, going outside without permission, setting up tuition, or leading prayers (Imamat) elsewhere is not allowed.
Avoid quarrels, abusive language, and misconduct. In case of any complaint, report directly to the Nazim of the Madrasa.
The madrasa holds no responsibility for any accidents or damages occurring to students outside madrasa premises during or outside educational hours.
Protect all madrasa property and compensate for any damage caused without delay.
I authorize the Director and management of the madrasa to spend Zakat and other Sadaqat-e-Wajibah funds received on my behalf towards madrasa expenses.
No guest can be allowed to stay overnight at the madrasa without written permission from the Nazim.
Hair must be trimmed properly in the first week of every month (passing a fine-tooth machine/shaver over the head is not permitted unless specified, keep proper short Islamic haircut).
Keeping a mobile phone of any kind is strictly prohibited and is an offense punishable by immediate expulsion.
Monthly fees must be deposited personally at the Nazim office during the first week of every month and receipt must be collected. In case of delay, the guardian must submit it in person.
Consider the madrasa as your own educational home, regard it with sincere well-wishing, and prove your loyalty as a duty.
Obedience to the rules and regulations amended from time to time by the madrasa is mandatory for both the student and the guardian.
Uniform Requirement:White Shalwar Kameez, and Maroon Jersey for winters.
